- We have company and team wide retrospectives. This is a platform which allows all employees in the company to have a voice on all things the company does and impact positive change.
- We are proud of our leaders and we are proud to say that we have a balanced gender representation on our Executive Committee.
- We take pride in our recruitment and selection process and actively take steps to ensure our candidate pipeline is diverse and our practices are regularly reviewed
